TERM OF USE:
- Use Sì Moreno retractable eyebrow pencil to create a perfect arch that follows your natural bone structure
- Brush your brow hair up vertically and draw a thin line along the hairline following the lower arch
- Brush your brow hair down and define the top of your brow arch in the same way
- Apply with light strokes, then blend by brushing through with eyebrow brush
- Fill in any gaps or sparse areas and groom the color through your brows.
